Self-serve sign-up creates one Meridova workspace on a 14-day Professional trial. You must be authorised to bind the organisation named on the form. You are responsible for users you invite and for the clinical and billing data entered in the workspace.
Paid plans and add-ons (including Dental) are billed per workspace as listed on the pricing page, or as agreed in an Enterprise order. We may suspend a workspace that is past due or that violates these terms or applicable law.
The software is provided for healthcare operations; it does not replace clinical judgement. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
