Meridova provides clinic and hospital software as a processor of the data each workspace (hospital or clinic) enters. The workspace is the controller of patient records. We do not sell personal data.
If you fill in a contact or demo form, we use your name, work email, and the details you send to reply to that enquiry. Trial sign-up creates a workspace and an admin user; that account data is stored in the product database scoped to your organisation.
Hosted deployments keep hospital data isolated by tenant. Access is authenticated and authorised per workspace. We describe a HIPAA-ready architecture; we do not claim a HIPAA certification.
